The ‘Online’ in brief…

The ‘Online’ in more detail…
1. Get in touch, sign up and confirm project dates.
2. We will send out your very own template pack, delivered FREE of charge, with enough for every child taking part, plus spares.
3. It’s important to read our artwork hints & tips for great results before children do their artwork in the square space indicated.
4. PTA/School collect completed artwork and use the FREE postage label to send it to My Art Project.
5. On receipt, My Art Project carefully scan every piece of artwork and produce personalised order sheets showing an image of the art, the child's name, class, school and personal artwork code for ordering online. We post these sheets to school for distribution to parents.
6. When ordering online with My Art Project, parents will need to enter the school login along with the personal artwork code(s) to order and pay for items online. Our easy to use shop allows parents to combine multiple children and multiple products all on a single order. Orders must be placed before the deadline date. Great news is that there are no postal or delivery charges for parents.
7. Processing of orders will not commence until the deadline date for ordering has passed, and once that date has passed, no more orders can be placed. Delivery is to school ONLY, in a single batch. Boxes will be labelled by class name / contents to help with easy distribution. Please note that home delivery is not available.
8. After project completion, My Art Project will create a summary of all products ordered and calculate the commission raised for your fundraising pot. This is usually sent to a preferred PTA or school bank account, we will check with you first.
