Typical timeline

Book your project with us now, and we will help you plan your timeline. As we all know, Easter moves around each year, so we’ll make sure to take this into account along with your school holidays.

Plan Easter artwork sessions as early as you like, February or early March are usually good months for this.

Send all orders and completed artwork to My Art Project.

Delivery in time for the week before Easter.

How does it work

We will supply the artwork templates for your school when the booking is confirmed, usually within 3 working days including free delivery.

Artwork is recommended to be completed in school, then the original artwork goes home for parents to admire, place orders and make payment.

There are two formats for parent ordering and payment, and our team will help you decide which is best for your setting when you book your project.

Once all the orders and artwork is collected in, we will start processing, printing and packing, ready for free delivery back to school in a single batch, for easy distribution to parents before Easter.

After completion we will send you a summary sheet for your project, showing sales and how much money has been fundraised for the school or PTA.
